Meet Chloe Hudson: A Fresh Perspective, Rooted in Squamish

When people think of real estate, they often think experience comes only with years in the industry. While experience is incredibly important (and one of the many reasons I'm proud to work alongside my dad at Team Hudson), I also believe there's something valuable about bringing a fresh perspective to the table.

I'm part of a new generation of REALTORS® who grew up with technology, social media, and changing buyer expectations. I understand how today's buyers search for homes, what catches people's attention online, and how important it is to combine great marketing with genuine relationships.

What makes my perspective different, though, is that while my approach may be modern, my roots are anything but new.

I was born and raised in Squamish and have spent over 20 years calling this incredible community home. I've watched the town grow from a quiet mountain community into one of British Columbia's most sought-after places to live. I've experienced its trails, neighbourhoods, schools, local businesses, and community events firsthand—not as an outsider, but as someone who has grown up alongside it.

That local connection is something I never take for granted.

One of my favourite parts of this job isn't just helping people buy or sell a home—it's helping them discover the lifestyle that comes with living here. Whether it's finding your favourite coffee shop, introducing you to hidden local gems, or simply sharing what makes each neighbourhood unique, I love helping people feel connected to the community they're joining.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me outdoors. I have a passion for horses, enjoy staying active, and love exploring everything Squamish has to offer. Living here has taught me to appreciate not only the incredible scenery but also the strong sense of community that makes this town so special.

Working alongside my dad has also given me the opportunity to learn from someone with decades of experience in the local market. Every day I get to combine his knowledge, negotiation skills, and proven strategies with my own energy, creativity, and modern marketing approach.
